I purchased what was said to be a liftetime product. It has not ever worked as such..I rec'd a cd..installed supposedly but has always needed to be "downloaded" as a "free trial"....I paid for something everyone else gets for free? I've called and never recieved help sorting this out...just get the run around... Not good customer service at all. It may be a good product but who wants this type of hype? Read more

On 2/29/16 I purchased the Malware Anti Exploit software for a full year at $24.95, but when I downloaded the software, it was for a trial only. The trial will expire in 3 days, according to a message that appears on my pc screen. Since I paid for a full year, how do I get a full year service without having to pay another $24.95? I have tried repeatedly to get some silly child Tom Mercado Case #: 974462 to help me with a problem. He seems to find great entertainment in using computer jargon above my head. He is simply playing and sending *** comments. Do you have an adult there who could help me please. As for your choice of employee, I suggest you try an adult. After repeated emails, I still can't follow his instructions. I paid for this program and for you to let kids mess with your customers, is ridiculous. Read more

I purchased a new license and attempted to renew my subscription but the new license just goes to the old program saying it will expire in 2 days. The web site was no help. There is NO customer service number and an email to support for assistance was answered after about 12 hours requesting my license number which I promptly supplied. Now 24 hours later there is no response. I thought they had a good product but with non-existent customer service, I will not ever use it again. Read more

When I clicked the Renew button on the console, I was taken to a web page that asked I update my payment info - which I did. Then I unchecked 'Automatic renewal' because I prefer to personally authorize each subscription renewal. Apparently that is a big mistake, because I was unable to renew - the "Renew" link on their webpage now didn't work -- and there was no way to return an reauthorize automatic renewal. called support, can't understand em, rude,,,, demanded access to my computer, wanted to talk over options,,,,,,,, 3 calls to 3 different numbers,,,,,,,,,, very frustrating,,,,,,,, a-holes, hard to find a number to talk to a person. bought product in 06/07/15 ref# 74013416 wanted help in reordering product with maybe a discount, these folks are like talking to a brick wall, their way or no way. just trying to find a number to call was frustrating, sent an e mail, to no avail, just a pissed customer. Was very happy with the paid-for service until it came to renewal time. Cleverbridge took 2 payments. Complained to Malwarebytes who immediately arranged a refund on 2 payment after which the product refused to run, saying I'd had a refund. I've now paid for a year's renewal and don't have it. Malwarebytes have gone strangely quiet to my emails.So now I can't get real-time malware blocking and I have no idea whether I'm amassing problems on my laptop. Malwarebytes, where are you? Do I need to start Tweeting this out everywhere? Read more

My malware license worked for three years without problems. They no charge by the year. No more lifetime license. So they cancelled mine. Took it out of their system. They are a bunch of low life thiefs. Stick with Norton for anti virus. Any company that pulls off what malware bytes did to me is just heading for trouble. The least that could happen is a class action lawsuit from all lifetime pro customers what have seen their licenses wiped out for no reason. They are showing how desperate they are for revenue. I made the mistake of getting anti-virus software from the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They bundled it with Malwarebytes, a company that inundated me with renewal notices. I took the bait, paid the $24.95 and found it impossible to follow their download instructions. Calling their "number" got a recorded message simply saying "We are closed." Three emails from me yielded no response. Best Buy should be ashamed to be associated with Geek Squad for entrapping trusting customers into such a scam operation like Malwarebyes. Avoid Geek Squad.
