I want to cancel my service

Why can't I just cancel service and not of 1000 messages? I no longer have the original device.I do not know my contract number. It is automatically charged. Please just cancel. It is working once more.

As of this morning I received a contact from customer support and he supplied me with my original information and a password reset. I logged in and changed my password and now my MWBytes is working again until October 2021.

Lack of customer support

Malwarebytes auto renewed my subscription. And in the process, they are charging 6 times more for the product. I was given no option to approve the renewal at a higher price. The product software was renewed two days early than it should have. While I was informed that it would renew, I was not told about the price increase. Customer support is non responsive.

User's recommendation: Don't use them. Scammy practices. Auto renew should be opt in, not opt out. They have made it extremely hard to contact and response to online support is slow to never.

Ignoring support tickets

Rose D doesn't like to do her job. 1st ticket, quit replying without closing. 2nd ticket a month later, didn't even get an initial response. 3rd ticket, a couple weeks from the 2nd, I had to sent to a different department under another e-mail.

No Customer Service Response

Mistakenly purchased Malwarebytes for 4 devices. Immediately contacted PayPal.....and was told they could not help me. Immediately, within 1/2 hour emailed and called Malwarebytes customer service. No answer on phone (made numerous calls over several days)no response by email. It took Malwarebytes 8 days to respond by email. Their response stated that it would take 3 months to issue a refund. Is this Company in bankruptcy? Why would I trust them to issue a refund? Why does it take 3 months to issue a refund? Also, Malwarebytes appears to be the Company that initially hacked my computer. I will be contacting the FBI. When my computer was hacked I was denied control of it and called Apple Support. They were able to direct me to get back control of my laptop. They also recommended that I install Malwarebytes. Very disappointed in Apples recommendation. Wonder if Apple had a financial interest in Malwarebytes.

missic96@***.com I then received a reply back that someone more adept at dealing with my problem would be in touch.........I NEVER heard anything, even after receiving acknowledgement from emails.

I FINALLY called an '800' number and addressed the issue &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; received the information I needed.

I had another issue last year..malware was 'down'...

Support Ticket 273****.....was not resolved..was w/o service

for 2 months, asked for a credit...got none...and ended up 'fixing' the issue by myself....

In other words, I have LITTLE confidence in contacting you/receiving assistance...although I appreciate your product.

thought issue was resolved.

Then received a call from ???.........addressing the issue/payment

very rude & amp; was confusing......stated at the end that I was being

charged $69.99 for our discussion......argument ensued & I finally

hung up.

Terrible experiences with support...but still value the product.

Computer got locked up by ransomware hackers. Had to get hard drive wiped clean and windows10 reinstalled. Having no luck trying to install Malwarebytes premium with license key!

I contacted malware bytes yesterday to get my email changed. I was told that someone would call me in 2 minutes to help me out. Well he did and log onto two different my computers. After he logged off, I rebooted my computers and neither would boot up windows.

Changing computers

I am using a new computer and on the old one I had a prescription for Malewarebytes. On the new one, when I log into my account to activate the key, my account is an old one that I had with Google a long time ago. Therefore I cannot activate to the premium level for which I pay. I really hope that you can sort this out for me. My old Google user ID was 1938poplarite@***.xxxx It appears that as I am logged in with Google, it takes me to the old account.

My Malwarebytes will not open to run. I filled out a form for help and they said to run a test and they would contact me. Ran test and no response at all from the company. Can not get hold of a human on any phone.
