Can't sign on, I enter key and ident with no results.I have been a premium customer for many years.
I trace it to an upgrade about two weeks ago. I have Made numerous calls, sent many emails, without success. I have tried to contact via phone and email. I am totally frustrated.
If it wasn't broke, why did you try to fix it. I know that you folks are busy, but without custumer service it is fruitless. Just this morning I have tried over16 times to get on without success. All I want is what I paid for.
If you feel you cannot fix it, refund my money.When it works it is a valuable service.
