I have had no feedback from Malwarebytes, but no billing has occurred on my account.Hopefully I will have no further issues.It is unlikely that I will ever do business with that company again

I deleted Malwarebytes from our devices on 15 May 2025 and closed my account via your website on the same date. Much to my surprise today (13 August), I received an email advising that I was about to be billed as per below.

Hello Peter, Thank you for trusting Malwarebytes to keep your digital life secure. As a reminder, your subscription for Malwarebytes Plus will renew on September 11, 2025, for $72.72* for 1 year. I deleted Malwarebytes from our devices on 15 May 2025 and closed my account via your website on the same date. Preferred solution: Explanation and assurance of no further billing.

Malwarebytes Pros: Good when it works.
