Malwarebytes - Can't reinstall a paid for premium product after windows crashed
I paid for, and have used, a premium version of Malwarebytes for years. Now when I try to re-install, after it was lost, the code I have doesn't work.
I have also discovered that it is now a subscription service.
So what have I been using all this time? The product has worked and is kept up to date automatically. Will Malwarebytes continue to honor the contract they made with me when I bought the original product?
I really don't have anything more to say.
The program has worked very well for years. I simply want to go on using it in it's present form and am certainly not inclined to pay a subscription to get the use of a new product.
Reason of review: can't reinstall.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Malwarebytes Cons: Not being able to reinstall.
