Keep getting the run around about a purchase that I didn't approve and I don't have Malwarebytes
- - They say Malwarebytes is not used and a $44.95 Visa charge attempt occurred.
- - They want their information removed from list and a prompt resolution.
I don't have Malwarebytes and they try to charge my visa 44.95 then I keep go through do phone stuff would like my information removed don't know if it was a *** or what but would like to be removed from the list and would appreciate your cooperation and understanding so please handle this issue as soon as possible

Cole did not go through. I want my refund.

Resolved: No phone number @ all to call
refund by the company. Do research first before buy the products.
No customer service at all and no phone number to call to so somebody can help you right away especially cancel products

Nothing resolved and no contact from Malwarebytes
I have found Malwarebytes very cumbersome and difficult to contact.
There is no email support address, and I am not sure that my issue is resolved.
I cancelled my account and my subscription on the Malwarebytes website on 15 May 2025, and assumed that everything was finalised.
Much to my surprise I received the notice attached below, advising me of future billing
Preferred solution: Confirmation that I will not receive further billing, and that my account has been closed

I have had no feedback from Malwarebytes, but no billing has occurred on my account.Hopefully I will have no further issues.It is unlikely that I will ever do business with that company again

I deleted Malwarebytes from our devices on 15 May 2025 and closed my account via your website on the same date. Much to my surprise today (13 August), I received an email advising that I was about to be billed as per below.

They automatically renewed me and I do not want it. Goes through Clever bridge and they are no help. I do not want the renewal but it happens.

Cancel service
I subscribed to malware bytes free 7 day trial. Decided to cancel before 7 day and couldn't find anywhere to do it.
Money scam. If you can't find the secret way to cancel, they got you.
I don't have enough money in the bank to cover the membership now so I guess it will be a hot check charge. I know some people are happy with it, but as for me I will never try for it again.
User's recommendation: Be very careful. No phone number to cancel. Don't be hooked on the 7 day free trial. Once you sign up for it there is no way out.ut.
