I am one of your first customers because I believed in your product. I purchased a lifetime license and now I want to move the software to my new laptop and I cannot install it because it was registered under my old email address and need to have it moved to my new email address.
Simple enough, if I could reach someone! I have unauthorized it from the old computer as well as uninstalled it.
Can someone change my registered email address or call me to get this straightened out?

How Good is Malwarebytes's Customer Service?
It is non-existent. You need to give all this private information before you supposedly will get a response. I am not comfortable giving out this information.
They don't answer the phone
Malwarebytes, undoubtedly, is one of the most illusive organizations that I have ever tad to deal with in my professional or personal life. You are magicians of deception and your automated phone system is a clear example of this. So, therefore, without being able to communicate, directly, with anyone after nearly 50 phone and/or message attempts, I am now having to go through my banking system as well as pursuing alternative legal pathways in order to resolve this erroneous and flagrant issue. - Dr. M D Groner

Never spoke to them. Provided no support . I tried over a period of three months to get them to help me install a program. I wouln't go back to them or recommend them.
