Their up date didn't work and I contacted them before the renewal-they emailed me a fix thst didn't work. I contacted them again and the new fix did not work that took me one day after the renewal and I Cancelled!
They said too late you have too pay for a year.
They said this in another e-mail too making it look like I have and am being charged for 6 computers and I only have two! I tried to respond to that email but it bounced back because they cancelled the subscriptions I am apparently still paying for!
