Wife & I are living on my Wifes SS for now 837.00 a month. I am only 60 but sickly.
Anyway I contact Customer Support Online. I explained our Situation and asked about any type of Senior Discount or if they Could help Lower Price a Little Bit . Sales Lady was Very Abrupt and Rude with responses. I will never recommend Malewarebytes to anyone.
I am A Returning Customer for Years but can not Afford the 39.99 Price any more.So I get a email asking if Sales person can help me with anything else , well that's Really Rude.
Then she says have a nice day . If she was in Person im sure it would have been Sarcastic Look Too.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $39.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Customer service.
