SECOND COMPLAINT!!!!!~!!!!!!!!!!

Last week I was suckered into purchasing your premium package. Since then I requested help to resolve this problem.

Your response that for $5.00 a tech can resolved my problem. I want a complete re-fund and cancellation of this premium account. Wtf

(As stated previously your exclusion information is not at all helpful, and does not help at all. Can you express how to do this in layman terms.

You are a complete rip-off company . I have had your company for 3 or 4 years and this is the first time I have had this experience.

Why cannot you reach out directly (without an added fee) I think I paid enough for the premium program. Why not fix the problem, and we both can be satisfied.
