I've had the lifetime license from 2010 i think and just last week an update came in and as soon as i updated my license became a thing of the past with a 14 day trial period attached i called customer service and explained what had happened the guy wanted to access my system remotely (i declined) but tonight i said well i'll try that, but now he wants to charge me for tech support.. when i ask why do i have to pay for something i had lifetime license for he hung up the phone; i didn't curse or use profane language i just ask why do i have to pay for this and with out explanation he hung the phone up on me....Sad Sad Sad Malwarebyte tech support ,,,... Sad Sad Sad!!!!
