Resolved: Can't close Malwarebytes notification box
- - Chrome blocked site api2.poperblocker.com; 'Got it' clicked, notification won't go away; user won't allow site and seeks steps.
I never heard from Malwarebytes Tech Support. I resolved it myself.

I got a notification as follows:
'We blocked a website to protect your device and privacy.
Domain: api2.poperblocker.com
App: Google Chrome
Allow website: Got it.
I clicked 'Got it.' The message doesn't go away.
It is OK to have it blocked. Please show me what action I should take to let the notification disappear. I don't want to 'Allow Website.' I called Malwarebytes customer service; there was no answer.

Resolved: Cannot close notification popupl cannot use chat as it is covered by popup
referred to chat, cannot use chat due to problem with non-closing pop-up. cannot find other means of help. therefore, support is non-existent, even if the product is good and reasonably priced.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I am one of your first customers because I believed in your product. I purchased a lifetime license and now I want to move the software to my new laptop and I cannot install it because it was registered under my old email address and need to have it moved to my new email address.
Simple enough, if I could reach someone! I have unauthorized it from the old computer as well as uninstalled it.
Can someone change my registered email address or call me to get this straightened out?

Resolved: No support
- - Support went silent after following directions.
- - I cannot access my account or cancel my subscription; emails go to a deleted account.
They changed my email so that I could create a new password. It was a simple solution that took them months to finally fix the problem.
Be persistent.
Use the Malwarebytes Forum to get help. Support is nearly nonexistent and certainly not responsive.
I followed all of the company's support directions, including exchanging emails with support. Support went silent and never helped me with my problem.
I cannot access my account without support's help. The email on my account was deleted on Google.
All correspondence goes to a deleted account. I cannot even cancel my subscription.

Been trying to get help for three hours
- - Cannot renew malware account; email says expired/invalid.
- - Spent morning trying to open a new account.
- - Wants a real person to handle information.
Total failure to help me. I tried to reach a LIVE person in customer service, and was repeatedly instructed to use the prompts to re-try all the steps I had tried many times for hours to use those prompts.
So-called Customer Service is a total joke. I conclude that there are NO live people who help customers who simply want to renew.Please stop sending me these useless questionnaires, that are obviously automatically generated.
