Notice to me that my current membership has not been fully started
Ability to get a company person to help me is difficult for this 63 year old person. So for now, is my computer, and is my iPhone protected with the coverage I recently purchased and paid for.
Im currently recovering from serious surgery. I will try again to get your help when I am discharged, and home at the address you have for me.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. 1.
Lost money when I deleted the original installed Malwarebytes Premium software.2. Tech Support finally responded and gave me the instructions I needed to install the software for Malwarebytes Premium.
Software working properly.3. Google Play refunded the money I had spent on Malwarebytes Security Plus that had not installed properly.
Not only did I not get the software installed but I also lost the original software that had been installed in years past. I have never been so disappointment in a company's service department.
In previous years, Malwarebytes has always responded to my problems and concerns quickly and positively. I had always thought the Malwarebytes was the best of the best.
I now think it is the bottom of the list in care and quality of their products. Their new Malwarebytes Security Package is a pile of junk.

After purchasing their product, I found that it could not be installed on my laptop. The laptop is a new Dell with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor running Windows 11.
After extensive search on their web site, they will not offer anything other than cancelling the payment through my credit card. This was 4 days after the purchase, and the payment has already gone out.
They should warn customers about the compatibility issue before purchase, and they should refund the payment when an incompatible purchase is made in good faith.

The company could have live agents or an active chat feature that works. I want to buy a package and talk to someone about what package is right for me, but no one is available.
Only robots, automated answering services, and AI chatbots. That is frustrating when I want to speak with a human.

You charged my account almost $50 that I didn't authorize for a yearly renewal. I don't want to use your system anymore.
It doesn't work. Therefore, I did not authorize you to make a yearly renewal on my account. I want it returned to my account today. I can't even contact you, the way your system is set up, which only actually adds to the problem.
I can't even talk to customer service.
I won't recommend your company to anybody because of this. I would not recommend your company.

I have called repeatedly but am unable to speak with a live person. I do not wish to either reinstate or renew this service, and I wish you would stop billing me for something I do not wish to continue.

I finally resolved my problem after the 14th try. Far as I know it might have been all my fault. I wanted to revise my original review but I could not find it.

I TRIED TO CONTACT A LIVE PERSON AT MWB'S . NO RESPONSE OTHER THAN A CHAT OFFER .

I activated my Malwarebytes twice and it still says it needs activation even though the account when I login says it was activated it still says it needs renew. Its expired.
Ive been in Malwarebytes subscriber for years and now Im so frustrated. Im ready to quit and go with another virus software.
