Resolved: Cannot close notification popupl cannot use chat as it is covered by popup
referred to chat, cannot use chat due to problem with non-closing pop-up. cannot find other means of help. therefore, support is non-existent, even if the product is good and reasonably priced.

Malware bytes didn't cancel my subscription. I canceled it on online 2 weeks or more ago.
- - I canceled two weeks ago but was charged $43.19.
- - Auto-pay was off same day, but the charge reappeared.
- - Cancellation site is not user-friendly.
I canceled my subscription more than two weeks ago and was still charged $43.19. That same day, I turned off autopay on my card.
No one answers the phone at customer service. There was a pending charge on my credit card account, then there was none. Then the charge showed up.
I am very disappointed in Malwarebytes, especially since they know I am not using the software because the hardware it was installed on was. The website for canceling my subscription is far from being user-friendly!

- - Chrome blocked site api2.poperblocker.com; 'Got it' clicked, notification won't go away; user won't allow site and seeks steps.
I never heard from Malwarebytes Tech Support. I resolved it myself.

I got a notification as follows:
'We blocked a website to protect your device and privacy.
Domain: api2.poperblocker.com
App: Google Chrome
Allow website: Got it.
I clicked 'Got it.' The message doesn't go away.
It is OK to have it blocked. Please show me what action I should take to let the notification disappear. I don't want to 'Allow Website.' I called Malwarebytes customer service; there was no answer.

I can't remove win riser app from my...

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I am one of your first customers because I believed in your product. I purchased a lifetime license and now I want to move the software to my new laptop and I cannot install it because it was registered under my old email address and need to have it moved to my new email address.
Simple enough, if I could reach someone! I have unauthorized it from the old computer as well as uninstalled it.
Can someone change my registered email address or call me to get this straightened out?

Can not find my malewarebytes program on my computer
- - Can't locate Malewarebytes after the computer was repaired.
- - Password reset did not deliver the validation code; resend requests fail.
I had my computer in the shop a couple of months ago and have just noticed that can not find my malewarebytes program since I got the computer back. I went to the malewarebytes website to try to login and could not remember my password so I reset it. Malewarebytes then told me that they sent me a validation code to enter when I signed in
I have never gotten the code and have requested that it be resent to me several times with no sucess.
I need to get to my malewarebytes program because I think that I have a virus on my computer
I have had Malewarebytes on my computer for years and pay automatically
Please help

Very bad waste of my time chatting
- - Very poor customer service.
- - Could not reach a phone rep; only chat; toll-free number needed.
- - Call to review subscription charges and get a cheaper offer.
Very poor costumer service. Could not talk to a représentative on the phone only through chat.
And they wanted money to talk to a technician. No need for that.
The call was placed to go over charges for a type subscription
, to select a less expensive offer, make changes and be charged less.
The company should show its toll free number so a costumer can actually TALK to a sales representative at no charge. It is basic costumer service (after sale service) no need for a technician.

Resolved: No support
- - Support went silent after following directions.
- - I cannot access my account or cancel my subscription; emails go to a deleted account.
They changed my email so that I could create a new password. It was a simple solution that took them months to finally fix the problem.
Be persistent.
Use the Malwarebytes Forum to get help. Support is nearly nonexistent and certainly not responsive.
I followed all of the company's support directions, including exchanging emails with support. Support went silent and never helped me with my problem.
I cannot access my account without support's help. The email on my account was deleted on Google.
All correspondence goes to a deleted account. I cannot even cancel my subscription.
