Trying to cancel subscription so i only am paying for ine.if this is jummbled its from getting ai rogbots thrown at me ..lthey cant absorb information, just spit out the same responses. Very very very very frustrating. Especialky to someone with medical issues.

'We blocked a website to protect your device and privacy.
Domain: api2.poperblocker.com
App: Google Chrome
Allow website: Got it.
I clicked 'Got it.' The message doesn't go away.
It is OK to have it blocked. Please show me what action I should take to let the notification disappear. I don't want to 'Allow Website.' I called Malwarebytes customer service; there was no answer.

- - Lifetime license; cannot install on the new laptop as it's registered to the old email.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I am one of your first customers because I believed in your product. I purchased a lifetime license and now I want to move the software to my new laptop and I cannot install it because it was registered under my old email address and need to have it moved to my new email address.
Simple enough, if I could reach someone! I have unauthorized it from the old computer as well as uninstalled it.
Can someone change my registered email address or call me to get this straightened out?

- - Can't locate Malewarebytes after the computer was repaired.
- - Password reset did not deliver the validation code; resend requests fail.
I had my computer in the shop a couple of months ago and have just noticed that can not find my malewarebytes program since I got the computer back. I went to the malewarebytes website to try to login and could not remember my password so I reset it. Malewarebytes then told me that they sent me a validation code to enter when I signed in
I have never gotten the code and have requested that it be resent to me several times with no sucess.
I need to get to my malewarebytes program because I think that I have a virus on my computer
I have had Malewarebytes on my computer for years and pay automatically
Please help

They changed my email so that I could create a new password. It was a simple solution that took them months to finally fix the problem.
Be persistent.
Use the Malwarebytes Forum to get help. Support is nearly nonexistent and certainly not responsive.
I followed all of the company's support directions, including exchanging emails with support. Support went silent and never helped me with my problem.
I cannot access my account without support's help. The email on my account was deleted on Google.
All correspondence goes to a deleted account. I cannot even cancel my subscription.
