I wanted to purchase this product; however, the wrong email address popped up. I could not change it and called customer service.
I was told by a recording to email or log in to the program, and I could chat. That did not work, as the address I was given by the recording did not work. I verified three times that I was using exactly what was told to me.
This is the poorest customer service I have ever received.
You purchase a product that does not work, and there is no help to get it corrected. I would imagine if I could have gotten the product, it would be just as bad as the customer service.

Malwarebytes could have a real person answer their phone. AI is not the answer to help customers.
I'm locked out of my email service because of the high security of Malwarebytes. No one answers the phone. I can only get AI assistance that ends up in a loop. I'm going to lose money on the purchase because I will have to get a professional to disable Malwarebytes software to get into my business email.
I'm using Windows 11 and Microsoft Internet. It's impossible to get any help directly from the Malwarebytes company.

SupporterResolved: Need help to transfer Malwarebytes to new computer.mputer
A big shout out to "Marc J" who managed to go through many steps to reimplement my status as a transfer from another service which was bought out by Malwarebytes. Dealing with Live Chat was a disaster. Only personal contact with Customer Service and reaching a good agent solved the problem.
I am unable to email the support team with information that solved the problem before. They want to pass me off to their 'chat' team who want me to provide information that has little to nothing to do with my situation.
Malwarebytes customer service [pardon my French] 'sucks.' The bottom line must be that I have a permanent account which was prepaid to their predecessor and transferred to them. Now they are making no money from me.

Purchased VPN but unable to activate due to Malwarebytes screwed up system. Unable to reset password per their instructions.
The link states that the URL doesn't exist.
Chat box just kicks you back to same screen. Wish we had never installed Malwarebytes.

TOO DIFFICULT TO USE and DISCONTINUE USing.
Malwarebytes could make it easier to connect directly with their customer service! I have tried multiple times to de-activate my account.

I was surprised by the quick attention provided by your company. and I might add, very pleas

MalwareBytes contacted me by email within about 4 hours . Then by using their automated chat agreed to cancel my account, and refund the charge to my credit card , less 10% service charge.
At least they agreed to settle with results available within 4 to 7 business days,
I thank you for your assistance in this matter, and I will surely recommnd your web-site to any of my friends who could use your services.

this account is linked to my eero plus subscription .Nobody can help me even though I payed for for my subscription Monthly to hot wire communication whose eero was installed in my condo a couple of years ago and who owned eero plus.

I made a mistake Malwarebytes is a great oro. My mistake.
I have been getting charges to my credit card without an explanation. No one is picking up the phone and I am really pissed.

This is supposed to be a yearly subscription, but I am getting outrageous charges almost on a daily basis. Please have them explain what is going on and call me.

Why should continue to use your product, since I can not speaking some one?
Since you website in not clear as to my my uipgrade options are.limited.
Why should I not move to a diffeent company for my service. the advanages to a live person they can explain this in a miniutes.
However with a poorly written AI, IT DOES NOT HAVE ANSWER.
as a long time customer, this just makes me mad. However seem that bitdender, norton seem to be litlle better prices.
