I received a charge on my bank statement for a renewal for a program I don't have anymore. I DID NOT receive an email to authorize the recurring charge and when I called their service provider CBI Cleverbridge, although helpful, they said they did not have the authorization to cancel my charge because it was a business license.

I closed that business when my husband died 6 years ago. I moved and had to change my email as my previous server was not available. Malware is what we all want protection from!!! Obviously their program is not worth the cost and doesn't work effectively so they resort to embezzling yearly renewal fees.

My bank has put Malware and Cleverbridge on a violator list and is in the process of reversing the change.

What a scam they have going. I'm very glad my computer guy removed all traces of Malware from my computer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $27.

Preferred solution: cancel my subscription I didn't know I subscribed to and can no longer use!!! Refund my $27.10.
