I purchased this service and then I'm told I have to activate my account. I have done everything I know how to do and still I'm told I have no coverage. I keep trying to follow the instructions but get the same message over and over. If you are willing to take my money which didn't take anytime at all the least you could do is supply real support. I truly wish I had gone with another provider.

It speaks volumes that this site is available. It tells me how inadequate Malwarebytes is with customer service.

It is also amusing that you insist on one hundred words when you can't supply a phone number to speak to a real knowledgeable person.
